Boadi Management Services Limited was founded on a belief that Ghana has the people, resources and opportunities required to build remarkable businesses and careers, provided the right structure, partnerships and support are in place.
Our journey began 16 years ago with Shipping & Logistics, founded by Boadi Ken Kwofie to connect businesses and individuals between the United States and Ghana through reliable shipping and logistics solutions. It was demanding work that required close attention to detail, strong relationships and a genuine understanding of both markets. That experience taught us what it takes to build something that lasts, and it became the foundation for a broader vision.
From this foundation, BMSL has grown steadily and deliberately. Today, we are developing business interests across Mining Services, Aquaculture & Agriculture, Soccer Management and Talent Management, while continuing to strengthen our original Shipping & Logistics operations. Each business is different, but they share a common approach: identify the right opportunities, build them on solid foundations, invest in people and create value that endures. Our story is not only about the businesses we have built. It is also about the people we have developed, the partnerships we have formed and the possibilities we continue to create.
